clean room fresh flowers quality room great shower
the room was clean. fresh flowers were present. the room felt quality. The shower was GREAT.
the air conditioning system seemed NOT to work properly, so the room felt VERY hot.

clean room brand toiletries
i stayed in a club room for two nights. the room was very clean and had plenty of space. molton brown toiletries were available.
The ventilation system was not effective. I was cold for a while until i changed rooms

i particularly appreciated the decor in the room. the rubber duck on the bath was a quirky touch. the breakfast selection was excellent!!!

missing remote unbearable noise
The location proved acceptable, close to public transport.
The ventilation was rubbish. I froze for a day. Dyson was there, but it lacked a remote. I fail to see the point. A conference crammed all common spaces, and the noise was unbearable, so using them was impossible.

I enjoyed my stay . The hotel staff was friendly. My room was quite large with a gigantic bed. I found the location strategic. It was not far from the metro and the train station.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent I had fluctuations between very hot and cold water.

The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions making it convenient. Metro access is a short walk away providing excellent connectivity. There are also several cafes nearby offering alternative options for breakfast and snacks.

The staff were courteous and helpful always ready to assist with a warm smile. Josue in the breakfast room stood out he was excellent and pleasant ensuring a great start to the day. I was especially pleased with the efficient and friendly service.
