the air conditioning system seemed NOT to work properly, so the room felt VERY hot.

The room was lovely and ideal for my stay. it was very clean and very well maintained. i liked the nice touch of the amenities provided. I thought they were of high quality.
the ventilation system didn't seem to work properly. i was quite cold for the first day and it took a long time to get the room changed.

the hotel boasts an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the bus stop and the metro station. it also is near the eu parliament, so that's something! it's situated in a peaceful area, a short walk from the city center.

the rooms were beautiful , the location was perfect , and the lobby decor was lovely. the staff was fantastic. aline at the front desk were really good too.

The location proved acceptable, close to public transport.
The ventilation was rubbish. I froze for a day. Dyson was there, but it lacked a remote. I fail to see the point. A conference crammed all common spaces, and the noise was unbearable, so using them was impossible.

I enjoyed my stay . The hotel staff was friendly. My room was quite large with a gigantic bed. I found the location strategic. It was not far from the metro and the train station.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent I had fluctuations between very hot and cold water.

The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions making it convenient. Metro access is a short walk away providing excellent connectivity. There are also several cafes nearby offering alternative options for breakfast and snacks.

The staff were courteous and helpful always ready to assist with a warm smile. Josue in the breakfast room stood out he was excellent and pleasant ensuring a great start to the day. I was especially pleased with the efficient and friendly service.
